Class will include a brief overview intro to essential oils (what is an essential oil? what is aromatherapy? How essential oils are utilized in the body through the Olfactory system & bloodstream).

• Proper safety precautions and dilution ratios

• Essential oil profile for each oil are we using to make our blend(s) with notes about the benefits for each oil as well as precautions.

• Trends and research about the efficacy of essential oils for health, stress, pain, inflammation, general wellness.

Everyone will learn to make a roll on oil from start to finish and be able to take one along! We have recipes to try and some freedom to deviate from the recipe!
